My time at Future Skills was so great. The teachers are really caring and they put a lot of time into seeing their students succeed, which is really refreshing to see. The small class sizes really help teachers spend more time making sure students understand whats being taught. Some of the teachers are really motivating and they make you realize your potential. My marks changed dramatically once i switched to Future Skills because teachers take the time and effort to make sure you understand what`s being taught. Ms. Dena and Ms. Somayeh really care about their students and they will even spend that one on one time going over content to make sure that you understand whats being taught. I would 100% recommend Future Skills. Staff are really knowledge and friendly and they welcome any questions/ concerns that you may have. Compared to other high schools where teachers hound you to get your work done and hand in assignments, teachers at FS really trust you enough to do the work and hand it in on time yet if they see you doing poorly they care enough to make sure you succeed. As a result i got really high marks and got into the university that I wanted.

Re: Damir Grubisa’s Review of Our School We had Mr. Grubisa's daughter for a Grade 12 Math course at our school in Fall Term (September to November 2014). Within the first two weeks of the semester we had to remove her from the class she had originally registered for and enroll her in a different math course simply because she didn’t have proper prerequisite for the course. We ask all our students to provide us with a copy of their credit summary/transcript upon registration so we can check for prerequisite and make sure they are enrolled in the right course. In order to help this student catch up with the two weeks’ worth of class she had missed, we arranged for tutoring and review sessions, free of charge. I believe the "on going problem" Mr. Grubisa has mentioned in his comment is the low mark her daughter was earning in the class early in the term. Despite our advice that the marks will pick up as the term moves forward, the family decided to not continue with the course and dropped out. The class that Mr. Grubisa's daughter was a part of finished with 14 students who earned a high mark of 98 and a low mark of 78 due to their hard work. We are very sorry that Mr. Grubisa's experience with us has been less than satisfactory, however, we have operated and will continue operating our school with quality and ethical standards. We keep our class sizes small, our teachers are Ontario certified and experienced, and the school as whole does its best to accommodate and assist every student in reaching their potential. We wish Mr. Grubisa and her daughter well.

I originally contacted the school to ask them if they had a science course available in the evenings (after 6pm). They changed their schedule a few days later and called me (and even printed out a copy of their class schedule) to show they made the course I wanted available. I signed up and paid later the same week. One day before the course was going to begin, they cancelled the class and rescheduled for the afternoon. They didn't bother to even call me to notify me. When I arrived the day of the course, they said it had already begun in the afternoon and I would no longer be getting a refund as it says in the contract that they can change their schedule at anytime without notification. I argued with the director of the school who refused to give me a refund. He kept referring to the contract which they said they can change anytime and even laughed and said I could try and take them to small claims court. So just a warning to anyone that is going to signup to this school. There are many other private school available in the area which have more integrity and can be trusted.

I have never been in such an unprofessional environment. From the beginning of our time there to nearly the end, there was no solution to our on-going problem. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and i surely will never recommend this awful school to anyone.

Probably one of the very few schools that surpasses the expectations of both students / parents and the board. The management encourages a warm, welcoming and empathic environment to ensure a rich learning experience of the highest quality possible. In short, excellence and professionalism is the very least one experiences at FutureSkills High School.

I took 3 courses at FutureSkills High School. They charge a bit more compared with other schools. In my view, you are get good value for your money. Unlike my public school, I was treated with respect. Their knowledgeable teachers, specially our Math teacher changed my life. During the 5 months that I was there, I learned more Math than my entire years that I wasted with my mean teacher at my public school. I highly recommend them. I found the following video in YouTube.
